Depending on your order it is possible to receive your shipment from several different locations. You still pay only one shipping charge but items may arrive in more than one package within days of each other. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground based on the following chart:

eOrganic Baby is a Florida based company. Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Stock Availability
eOrganic Baby offers products from several different suppliers. While we strive to continually update our stock lists occasionally we may be unaware of an out of stock item. Should you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you asap to offer you several options.
Return Policy
Our goal at eOrganic Baby is to have every customer completely satisfied with their purchase. We want nothing less for our customers than the best online shopping experience possible. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase please return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping). Should an item be defective or arrive damaged we will also refund the shipping costs. All returns/exchanges must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with original packaging. Please include a short explanation of reason for return, your address, contact number and order number.
